“Amazing place!!! I discovered this shoe boutique five years ago, when i had some foot issues and couldn’t find shoes that were comfortable and did not cause additional pain. Upon friend’s recommendation, I visited this store. An hour later (the shoes were so amazing, I felt like a kid in a candy store!) i emerged, with three pairs of sandals that my feet did not hurt in, and that were such good quality and so cute, I still get compliments when I wear them! This year, those sandals finally began to age, and I knew just where to go! And I was not disappointed! Fantastic selection of shoes I haven’t seen in other stores around here. Range of sizes, specifically matters to me because I am a size 5!! The owner and staff are kind, professional, knowledgeable and so sweet and encouraging. Absolutely a joy to shop at! And prices are wonderful too! Looking forward to my next visit in the fall!”

“I love this place! I first discovered it a couple of years ago when I needed good running shoes, and I’ve been going back ever since. This year, I even took both of my kids to the store. The staff is knowledgeable and sweet. They really know their stuff and do it well.Before you’re measured, they ask you to walk normally to assess your gait. Then, they measure your feet and offer a selection of three different brands to choose from. If you have a preference for a specific brand, you can discuss it with the store rep.I like to ask a lot of questions about running shoes, and I always get great answers. There’s never any pressure to buy the most expensive shoes or anything like that. I highly recommend this store to all runners. It’s a great experience every time!”
“Best shoe store around ??Dan gives the highest quality of customer service. Took my daughter to Got em Kicks for the first time and Dan treated my daughter like family. Highly professional and respectful, he took the time to comfortably sit my daughter down and measure her feet to give me her exact size and found out my daughter has different sizes on each foot. His store is crazy clean, crazy tech to find all the shoes in ur size, high quality merch for great prices and the decorations in the store is eye catcher while you shop. He gave my daughter a tablet to sit down with and see all the sneaks in her size so he got all my respect and I will go nowhere else to buy sneakers. Store is insane and mind blowing!!!!!!”

“They are quick to help. As soon as you walk in. If they're crowded, it doesn't matter. They're professional and friendly. I go in with all 4 kids, and they take care of everything. The prices are perfect too. Not as high as the other places. I've been using DiGiulio's for 11 years. They're great!

“The staff at this location are very kind, welcoming, and approachable! Not even 5 seconds in the door and I was greeted with a compliment on my head wrap☺️. I found everything I was looking for quick and easy, and was especially happy with my size being in stock. There were staff members on the floor and ready to help if needed, and when it was time to check out, there was not a long wait; I was literally in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. This is my first time at this location, I’d normally go to the Parkside location because I’m from West Philly and it’s just convenient. I like this location waaaay better, everything about it is better than Parkside! Here’s a picture of one of three styles I purchased‼️”
“We looked up their hours, drove over, and as expected, they were open. As soon as we walked in, we were asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for, which we were. After a short consultation, several options were provided and tried on. No rush, plenty of time to walk around the store with the different pairs of shoes. Prices were fair for what they are, and went home happy. Tried the shoes out during a workout, and so far so good, protecting feet well. Happy with purchase.”
“WOW !!!!!!! I have been buying and wearing the same work shoes for about 15 years now . I often will have them re done when they start to wear out . I have had many companies all over do this service for me . I got my shoes back from Faherty's today and I was BLOWN away when I pulled them out of the bag!!!!! This repair / restore is by far the absolute best I have ever seen . They look as good as the day I first bought them!!!!If you need any kind of shoe repair/restore this is the ONLY place to go!!!Thank you”
“My first time ever stepping foot into White House black market and immediately I was greeted with kindness and care. If I’m not mistaken, I believe it was Lauren who helped me out first thing. I was looking for a specific outfit for a bachelorette party and I gave her an inspo pic and she immediately went out her way to help. (Unfortunately I didn't get their names) We had an issue with a store that is far from home and the Franklin Mills team went out of their way to make sure it was resolved. They were able to get a new pair ordered for us and they arrived just 2 days later at our house. Absolutely amazing from start to finish!
