“I have to leave a review for Ken Sherman because I have never had such an outstanding customer service experience in my life. I purchased a pair of Johnson and Murphy Creswell loafers from Sherman Brothers. I then stupidly, in an attempt to waterproof them, ruined the shoes by using an oil leather conditioner that stained them a few shades darker. So I called the Sherman Brothers store to see if I could order another pair at a slight discount, and Ken Sherman himself told me he’d take a look at the shoes if I would ship them back. So I did, and less than two weeks later, Ken shipped the shoes back to me, completely fixed. I think he went out of his way to have a leather specialist work on them, and he didn’t even charge me! I feel so grateful and moved by this because you just don’t get this kind of service and attention from most companies anymore. Ken saved mule from having to buy another pair of shoes! Thank you, Ken! I will purchase shoes from you again in the future!”

Although some items can be found on the internet at a slightly lower price shopping here may be worth the few extra bucks. Why? The service and instant gratification. The two associates in the store were helpful and offered great assistance. They listen to you to help understand your needs and lead in the right direction. My figure, size and need were all considered when suggestions were made. Of the 4 things I tried on I purchased 2 plus a bag that can be used as a belt or cross body bag. If it's obtainable but you need time, they have 'THE LAYAWAY'...LOL Would I return? Yes”

“This is the best shoe place! They sell shoes for entire family. It's a family own business that's been around since the early 60's. My mother would buy my younger brother shoes here when he was little. When I had my only child 20 yrs ago & he was starting to walk I told my Mom it's hard to find hard bottom walking shoes. She told me to go to Brothers. I was surprised they were still in business! I've been taking him there ever since and he likes the store too as they sell good quality & inexpensive shoes. It's not a big store & parking can be a hassle but it's worth it.”
