“What a pleasant experience!I was in Chestnut Hill for a lunch meeting and decided to do some shopping especially since it was a cold day and I left home without a hat.Chestnut Hill Sports "filled the bill" since I wanted a hat for one of the local sports teams. The store is well stocked and the staff members were friendly, knowledgeable and appreciated my business. Instead of just a hat, I was able to take advantage of a sale and purchased a new pair of athletic shoes!!!!But, my bottom line is how the store felt. It was an "old time", neighborhood store. I observed other customers who were talking w/the staff about their families, school, teams and everyday Life items. What a cool "throw back" to the way things used to be. With all the "over the top" negativity we are bombarded with everyday, it was HUGELY refreshing to experience being in a business establishment that took time to recognize its customers and treat each of us with RESPECT! While it may seem like you're spending a lot at one time, it's worth it. I've selected key pieces that I continue to wear for years. I used to spend the same amount over time with a wardrobe that I didn't really like. Now I've collected good quality jackets, dresses, and blouses that I wear over and over, year after year. “My son played college hockey. Now he plays in a league at Wissahickon Skating Club. This is a very nice rink with a lot of history. They have beautiful warming room with great view of the rink. They also have a great pro shop. Really nice people.”

“Had my son’s bike serviced here, the back wheel was replaced for about $60 and it cost less than to replace the bike. Dropped it off at the beginning of the week, they said it would be done probably by Friday and it was done on Friday. Great service, nice staff.”
“Back in my city for a visit from Atlanta. Came here after doing Google search near where I was staying and found the most amazing selections for Philly Eagles' T-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies. They have an abundance of sizes, something very hard to find in any Georgia sports attire store. Gentleman there today was very welcoming and accommodating as I was in a hurry.So glad I got my gear at this store as opposed to picking something at the airport on the way home. Now when I go back to Atlanta and hang out with my favorite Eagles Bar..(shout out to Varner's Tavern and the Smyrnadelphia crew in Smyrna, GA)...I can sport my Kelly green and Reggie White "Legends Never Die" Tee! “Received online order today via express mail only to discover the product package had been previously opened. Front cellophane was torn and Joel Embiid bobble head appeared to be in used condition. Frustrated with the inability to speak with an actual person (only texting option for online concerns), I called Rally House Newtown to discuss an exchange. Mitchell gave me his full attention and offered to put aside a replacement. The Newtown store is a 30 minute drive, but when I arrived, the in store staff were all equally as attentive as Mitchell. When I asked about a refund on the $14.99 express mail charge, the Associate made sure I had the Rally House Customer Service number. Fantastic customer service in the Newtown store and thanks to them, as planned , I can mail my grandson’s Xmas gift tomorrow to his home in Italy!”

“I don’t usually ever post reviews but in this case I JUST HAD TOO!!!The manager of this location goes above and beyond! He did tell me his name but I don’t want to spell it wrong?. It was my 14 year old son’s first time shopping for a fitted hat. He has wanted one for months now! The manager took his time and he explained everything about the hat and answered our many questions. We did not feel rushed out of the store by any means and in the end he also made sure we were happy with our purchase. He was so kind and helpful!! “I ordered uniforms on Sunday and they were available for pick up by Tuesday! Quick turn around and friendly service. They made the process so easy. Highly recommend. To add we were with another team in fall who used Ewing Sports for uniforms. I placed the order early July and received an email in January that my items were ready. This was well past the fall season. Unprofessional, do not answer calls and just awful service. Steer clear of Ewing and stick with Soccer Post!”
