“For a service you dont want to ever need they were very professional and helpful. My vehicle was in an accident which totaled it. The person I spoke with was very detailed in helping me retrieve all of my personal items from the vehicle and even lent me screwdrivers to get the plates off. While I don't wish needing a tow on anyone, Dougherty did their work very well.”

“My brand new Honda accord hybrid was struck at the train station in a hit and run incident. Luckily, police caught the person and we were able to utilize their insurance. Through their insurance I opted to use O’Neil Collision as I have driven by their location hundreds of times. They’ve been in business a long time and I figured they must be doing something right. Also the persons insurance uses Oneils as an in network facility.
The entire process was made much easier by Oneils. They took care of all the required insurance issues through All State. They took care of the rental car reservation etc as they use enterprise in warminster consistently. I had to do almost nothing. Brought the car in for them to inspect it and we set a date for a couple weeks later. They had said it would take 5-7 days to complete the repairs to the car.
The day came and dropped the car off. The rental company was there within minutes and took me to get the rental. My car was done in exactly five days as they promised. Came to pick up the car, the car looks as if it was never damaged. Not to mention they washed, waxed the entire body, made the tires and rims shine. They also cleaned my entire interior and detailed the car. I was shocked they went this above and beyond for me without me even asking.
Everyone was nice, helpful, pleasant and downright professional. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you Oneils for taking care of me. Hopefully I don’t need to utilize any body shop for a long time but if I do, it will be Oneils!”

“I can’t recommend Bob’s Gas Shop enough! He went above and beyond to get my work truck back on the road. Even though he was getting ready to leave for vacation, he squeezed me into his schedule, ordered the part I needed right away, and made sure the repair was completed before he left.
As someone who depends on my truck for work, he understood how difficult and disruptive it is to operate out of a rental vehicle. His professionalism, urgency, and willingness to help didn’t go unnoticed. It’s hard to find businesses that genuinely care about their customers the way Bob does.

“After my 2005 Honda was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist and my insurance company would have totaled it, my service station recommended Carlson's. When Carlson’s called with an estimate, my son, who knows cars, talked with Greg Bowen, after which he assured me that the estimate was a bargain, and I would be lucky if they could fix the car for that amount. They did! It looks better than before it was hit, it is spotless inside and out, and best of all, even though the itemized bill was higher by several hundred dollars than their first assessment, they only charged me the original estimate. I cannot recommend them too highly.”
“as a professional auto repair establishment we've dealt with everyone at wrightstown used auto parts store for many years and have always had the best service that anyone could ask for. they have gone way beyond what i expect to help us out. this family run business deserves 10 plus stars. please if you read these reviews and make a decision based on what you read disregard the unfavorable review left by hummingbird007. obviously he has not dealt with these folks before. to expect the only person there to leave the business counter and phones unattended to walk out in a field to pick interior trim pieces off a vehicle in the rain is way beyond any normal persons reasonable expectation. for him there are plenty of u-pull-it part yards. joe derkits”

Don and his team are absolutely amazing to deal with whichever way you slice it: fair and clear pricing, awesome quality of work, professional, but just as importantly Don seems to be genuinely excited about the work they do and for that reason they go an extra mile! I will probably be one of the more annoying customers who just doesn't know how things work, so I have 101 questions about everything, but every step of the way everything was clarified, explained, and I was treated with utmost respect. I chose VP Auto Works Collision Repair based on personal recommendation and because the location was convenient, now I would be happy to drive a different state, if need be! They are that good!
