“I went into the Altoona store to get everything I needed to side my house, I knew the dimensions of my property and windows and expected them to tell me what I needed and how much of each item I would need, however as I’m in the store they had me go to a website (not theirs) to enter dimensions to work out area needed myself (if I wanted to work out the order myself I would have shopped at Lowe’s) in the end I walked out empty handed, so I decided to call the Huntington location and ended up getting patched through to the manager Jason, he was awesome I told him all my openings and he was able to work the order for me super quickly, he provided the service that I expected to get from Altoona. I was frustrated walking out of the Altoona store and I’m happy I decided to call the Huntington store! 10/10 to Huntington YBC”
“The store is small, they had what I needed. They had two teenagers working, and they couldn't answer my question. Also I wasn't greeted, and I wasn't asked if I needed help. I was the only customer in the store at that time.”
