“Me and my mom visited this place today to buy household items for my new apt I’m moving in and one of the employees (Selda) offered help to us and made sure we got everything we needed. Right from the start, she graciously offered her assistance and went above and beyond to ensure we found everything we needed. Selda's warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home, and her guidance throughout our visit was invaluable. Without a doubt, she is the epitome of a wonderful store employee. I can't express how grateful we are for her assistance, and I genuinely hope she receives the recognition she deserves. A heartfelt thank you to her for making our day so much brighter! :))”

“The Big Lots stores in Pittsburgh (Moon twp.) and in Fairmont , WV are both wonderful. Finding deals and fun items with wonderful and helpful employees. HOWEVER...PLEASE NOTE: THE ONE IN Bridgeport, WV....local to me....is horrible. Items not stocked well and absolutely rude employees! As a disabled woman I went up to the counter when there was no one in line and they forced me to walk around the entire display area before I was allowed to check out! The rudeness continued during the checkout purchase. I may be disabled...but I am an RNC PhD x2 and own a jewelry and specialty gift shop for over 22 years.! I would never treat anyone....even a homeless person the way I was treated here! Considering filing a state complaint! Sad , because the other 2 stores are wonderful and a pleasure to shop in!”

“This Dollar Tree store now sells products that cost more than one dollar. Some products cost a few to several dollars, and gift cards can be bought for a value of up to hundreds of dollars. Thankfully, most products still are inexpensive.I browsed this store’s holiday decorations, hygiene products, cleaning products, pet supplies, office supplies, snack foods, etcetera. I saw brand names and generic names. I noticed that unopened boxes cluttered the aisles.I picked several products to buy. The cashier promptly and accurately scanned my products and processed my payment. I appreciated that he said hello, thank you, and good day.”

“Big Lots is a great a store with many options at a substantially lower price than Walmart. I am thankful for an affordable place to get the daily needs.They do not sell cereal, bread or milk, or baby supplies though.The staff was helpful but not to enthusiastic to be there.”

“Clean. Bigger then the Aliquippa store. Has alot of hoilday decorations , for every upcoming holiday. They added the $3 &$5 Iles. It's a decent store and you can't beat the prices expecially if you like to craft.”

“The place was very clean and well-organized.. The customer service was very nice and helpful. The cashier (I think her name was Parsley or something like that) was very helpful in showing me how to use the self-checkout. If I could give any suggestions, it would be to price out the wireless earbuds in the five beyond section as they had no price listed, but I understand that it was opening day for them so they may not have gotten to everything yet. This is the place you can go to when you feel like shopping just for fun. A great place to take kids shopping as most items are five dollars or less. Overall a great experience and I would recommend taking a ride up and seeing what you can get for five dollars or less.”

“The Mcdonald dollar general is within walking distance of my place, and I'm very grateful for this seeing as I can't drive due to epilepsy. I am there several times a week. Since the store has what I need at inexpensive prices, I get my cleaning supplies and hygiene products here. The whole staff is always kind and helpful; I look forward to interacting with them.”

“My girlfriend went in for a coffee and she found some zagging up bars we were elated it's hard to find them anywhere but they're nice people that work up there in Kennedy Plaza and the stores never that busy and the prices are really good especially for the coffee”
