“The Auto House was great with me. Top notch service and staff. Karen took the time and put forth effort to make the customer was happy. Long story short- I took my new blower (used one time) to another authorized dealer for repair. The first dealer was very disorganized and didn’t ultimately fix the problem. After that I gave up and by luck found the Auto House via calling around. Karen looked up the service history and talked to the Arians corporate rep before I brought the machine in. They fixed it no issues. When went to pick it up they went over the entire machine with me. But what’s ironic is I think the Auto House primarily focuses bigger equipment- see their show room. Thank you to everyone at the auto house for helping me. This equipment is not cheap and it’s reassuring to have someone close who is capable of servicing a dealer sold machine.”
