“I've been a happy customer at Compass Self-Storage since 2020. Recently, I needed to rent a truck and move out of my unit, and Lisa was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made everything so much easier. Highly recommend Compass Self Storage for their excellent service and dedicated staff!”
“Great Family Business ! Kathy was fantastic, she said her store didn’t have what I needed in stock,, so she told time out of her day to locate a dealer close to me in Butler, Pa that could order exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for going the extra mile Kathy,, I really appreciate you!”
“Aubrey has been excellent with regards to customer care. The other staff that I have encountered have been equally helpful. Pleased with my experience and would highly recommend this location.”
“UHaul @ Knorr's Service in Carnegie was wonderful! I would strongly urge anyone using the Moving Help option to NOT use EasyMove Solutions. They are scammers who NEVER showed up for our appointment. They never communicated with me AT ALL until I reached out to them. I would recommend that UHaul remove them, as they make UHaul look bad.”
“The man who waited on us went above and beyond in helping us. He was very knowledgable. Handled the transaction professionally. 40 minutes from our house but if we need another uhaul this will be our pickup location
Thank you”

“great experience, super friendly customer service! Company rented this car (mid sized sedan) I asked for a "snazzy" car (expecting nothing) sales lady smiled and handed me the paper work. She didn't tell me what kind of car but when I found it in the lot....nice ride! Thank you Budget!”

“Great personal & great equipment. I pass many other rentals to come here from Wexford to the Airport location for the past 15+ years. I will keep coming back. They rent what I need and not sale more then I need. Equipment is always the best maintained and clean.”
