“I just worked with Krista (hope I spelled this correctly) to rent a 15' uHaul moving truck. I needed the truck for four days the first few days of the month and couldn't find one anywhere. Then I remembered that Compass Self Storage was a uHaul dealer and called them. Krista could not have been more helpful! Krista new they had a truck available but her system would not let her reserve it for me. She tried multiple ways to reserve and and then so I didn't have to stay on the phone told me she would work on it and call me back. With 30 minutes Krista called me back and I had my truck reserved. This may not seem like a huge thing but I had been trying to reserve a uHual for the past week with no success. I visited another dealer earlier in the day and they couldn't have cared less about helping me or even talking to me. Krista was determined to help me. I've received the same treatment at this facility when renting my storage unit, which I have a separate review for.”
“Due to the expected snow storm, we contacted Enterprise to park our rental truck and trailer at their location. No street parking allowed when snow is predicted. They were very gracious in allowing a space to park the truck.”
“Admittedly, I've never been to this location, but it's been showing up in my maps timeline for so long that I might as well oblige. If you need a truck to move stuff, you can do much, much worse than U-haul. Personally, I've rented u+haul trucks in multiple cities and they've all worked out exceedingly well. I put all my stuff in the back and then was able to move forward in a manner in line with all local traffic rules. Winner.”
“Kudos to the staff. They are amazing. That was my first time taking the rental truck from U-haul and I was bit worried, but the representative helped me in the signing process, explained me everything and that was a very quick and easy process.At the time of returning the truck, another representative came out from the office as soon as I reached in the parking. Verify everything, gas level and other stuff, explained me the amount I owe based on my distance and within 5 mins I was all set!!Really nice experience.”

“UPDATE: I wrote this review, I am please to add that the company contacted me and asked how they could help improve the situation. I love seeing that kind of response and dedication to good customer service. With people paying that much attention to good details, I would highly recommend that you go with Budget for a truck rental! Rented a truck from here a few times. They did not have the smaller size, so my order go upgraded at no cost to me. While in my case this was helpful, it might not always be so great. The guy who rented to us was friendly, but the service was not super prompt. There was a problem with one of the trucks we rented, but after calling in they helped us come to a conclusion on how to fix the situation.”
