But not at this garage .At this garage the mechanics are very helpful . We have taken multiple vehicles to this garage and every visit we have been pleased with the service ! “Just took my car there for the first time because i just moved and it's in walking distance. Thought i might be having some engine problems due to performance issues but it just turned out my engine oil was low and needed changed and Volkswagons suck. Didn't feel cheated or taken advantage of. Loved the communication and transparency. Will be taking my car there in the future.
EDIT: Its been a year since my previous review. I took my car here to get inspected last week and got a quote 500 dollars cheaper for necessary repairs than another shop where I used to take my car. Wanted to see which place is better, and Park Place was better in every way and saved me hundreds of dollars. So happy I finally found a reputable mechanic! Highly recommend!”

“Took my '07 Legacy to Tim with failing head gaskets after they had already been replaced 50k before by a dealer. Tim replaced both gaskets for significantly cheaper than the dealer, and fixed all other minor issues with the car including fixing the power steering o ring which the dealer destroyed on the last head gasket go around. More importantly, he takes the time to explain what he is doing and why.
I would highly recommend Tim. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and genuine. If you have a Subaru, you know where to take it.”

“We just moved our office to Intercourse, and I wanted to have my 2014 Ram inspected by someone local. I drive by the shop every day. So I called, made an appointment, shared my email and cell number, and they texted me an estimate for 4 new tires (very convenient). My truck has over 200k miles. It needed 4 ball joints and some other work. It was the week after Christmas, and they had to get all the parts. They offered a free loaner car! Wow, that was awesome, and they even did a basic wash for free! I got my truck back when they promised, and it looked great! Thanks, Guys!”
