“The team at Quality is great to work with. They suggest what services need to be done, but don’t push for me to agree to their suggestions. For our most recent service we dropped the car off the Sunday before Thanksgiving without their knowledge. I called them first thing Monday morning and explained to them why the car was there. It was a pleasant surprise to hear back from them the same day to tell me what they found and once we decided what we wanted them to fix, they had the car ready for pick up Wednesday. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy!”

“I have gotten my last 5 vehicles from here. I take all 3 of our vehicles to get oil changes, inspections, brakes, rotors, bodywork, etc done here. When you take my truck for a ride to make sure the breaks are working appropriately and see that my tire pressure light just came on, I’d think they could take 3 minutes and put some air in for me. With all the money I spend there, that would be appreciative. Other than this, I’ve never had any issues with Thornton. They do excellent.”

“Came for an oil change apparently when everyone else in the area decided to. They let me know the wait time which stated was 20 mins. Ended up waiting closer to 40. Workers being yelled at by customers but they kept their cool. My number was finally called and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Great service and reasonable staff. Be patient if there are others there as they can only move as fast as the oil flows.”

“Have a very off branded Chinese made snow-thrower that of course snapped the auger engagement cable the day before we were to get 10+ inches of snow. Couldn’t find any info or part#’s online. Stopped in with the old cable & they were able to match it up with one they had in stock! Was able to get the thrower up & running again before the snow hit. Very friendly & understanding as well! Highly recommend!”
