“I think most of us would agree that car shopping can be dreadful, especially when dealing with pushy salespeople. When I called Thornton, I was pleasantly greeted by Tyler, who was very knowledgeable about the car I had seen online. Tyler was extremely helpful, professional, and polite throughout the entire car-buying process. Thornton was also very accommodating and allowed me to put the car on a lift so I could inspect the undercarriage, which I really appreciated.
After purchasing the car, I discovered a few minor issues that were resolved quickly through the service department with Tyler’s assistance. I’m giving four stars only because the interior and exterior of the car could have been detailed better. Other than that, my overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Tyler if you’re looking for a stress-free car-buying experience!”

“I have gotten my last 5 vehicles from here. I take all 3 of our vehicles to get oil changes, inspections, brakes, rotors, bodywork, etc done here. When you take my truck for a ride to make sure the breaks are working appropriately and see that my tire pressure light just came on, I’d think they could take 3 minutes and put some air in for me. With all the money I spend there, that would be appreciative. Other than this, I’ve never had any issues with Thornton. They do excellent.”

“Everyone there is super nice. Had a big selection. I LOVE my car! Two things I would like to address though. The 2 cars I really wanted I couldn't take because no inspection. I shouldn't have to wait and come back to pick my car up. But.... I love the car I left with. Second is the car was not very clean. I came home and vacuumed up so much dog hair and had to wipe everything down due to being dirty. I understand it's a used vehicle but at least it could have been cleaned.
Eric who took care of me at the end was great. Like I said you have a great crew. Yes I may be a little norotic but I'm honest. I will be back again. Like I said everything was great except for the two minor issues I addressed. I want to thank everyone for your help.
