“My phone screen had gone black, so my phone was still working but I just couldn't see what I was clicking on. The man working here was able to fix my phone in just 30 minutes and it was like my phone was never broken! He even replaced my phones screen protector (not sure if this was necessary for the process, but I appreciate it regardless). The cost was $200, so it might be worth looking at other places for better prices, but he still did a job well done and quick.”

“I had an exceptional experience at the Verizon store in Neshaminy Mall with Rhiannon and Zach. They went above and beyond to help my family upgrade our devices, including two new Google Pixel phones and a tablet. What stood out the most was their dedication to resolving a technical issue with activating service for both phones, even staying well past closing time to ensure everything was fixed.
Despite the challenges, Rhiannon and Zach worked tirelessly from 7:30 to 8:00 PM, troubleshooting and navigating issues with Verizon's system. Their patience and professionalism never wavered, even when faced with my 2-year-old twin daughters during my initial visit, who were, as toddlers often are, full of energy. The staff was kind and understanding, making the experience much less stressful for me as a parent.
Thanks to their determination and incredible customer service, we left with fully functioning devices and a great experience. If you're looking for a Verizon store where the staff truly cares about their customers and goes the extra mile, I highly recommend visiting Rhiannon and Zach at this location.”
“Bought my new phone at this T Mobile in Willow Grove Mall. The person who greeted me was very nice, and said that someone will be able to help me shortly. It was a very short wait, and the service rep, Christian R, was excellent. He spent as much time as I needed, to explain anything that I wasn’t clear on. Christian has a great personality for working with the public…he’s professional, doesn’t mind answering a lot of questions, and is very friendly.”

“Matt Lyons is a “Top Notch” Best Buy Geek Squad employee in the Willow Grove, PA store. Recently, I was pressed into buying a new laptop – mine had crashed and was not able to be repaired. Matt was a great help getting my new laptop set up and running, which included transferring files and installing all the new software and even sharing with me a few points about how to care for my new equipment. He also helped my sister by updating her 8-year-old, still-working laptop, to “like-new” condition to keep her business operating a bit longer until she can buy a new one. That’s what Matt does – he goes above and beyond with his Customer Service! All-in-all, Matt is a pleasant, calm, very patient, personable, soft-spoken Agent who is extremely knowledgeable with all things “computer tech.” In our opinion, Matt is a vital asset to Best Buy!
