“I can't say enough good things about Som at the Verizon store in Richboro! After a lake incident left both mine and my husband's phones completely ruined, Som stepped in and made a stressful situation so much easier. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. Not only did he get us a great deal, but he also worked quickly to get everything set up and back on track for us. Truly top-notch service — we left the store feeling relieved and taken care of. Highly recommend asking for Som if you're in need of help or an upgrade. He’s the best!”

“I’m gonna keep it straight up. The people who work there are nice but you can tell they hate their job lol. If ur ordering from doordash, grub hub or Uber eats from this store then do yourself a favor and just drive there yourself. They get items wrong every time you order and sometimes it’s like they just throw random things in the bag and call it a day. Overall it’s a nice little store to go into if you need a quick drink or bite to eat but if ur ordering from your house than don’t expect to get your order on time or correct.”

“Had my ps2 slim's disc reader replaced as well as an N64 analog stick and bought some games. Everyone in store is incredibly friendly and knowledgable and gives excellent customer service in general. Repairs were done within a couple weeks and when i called to ask they were very friendly and told me when it would be done. The collection of games, consoles and general gaming accessories in store is impressive as well. Great store overall and to my knowledge the only place in the area that does these sorts of repairs.”

“1st time purchase, won't be the last! Tired of the terrible customer service at the home center stores, when I needed a Dryer, I decided to give Blonder's Appliance a try and I am sure glad I did. The purchase process was smooth, very quick and low pressure. The staff was knowledgable and extremely helpful. The price was better than the home centers and the delivery was timely, courteous and professional. Great work all, much appreciated!!”

“Last week I went into the store to upgrade a phone on our account. Trevor was our sales associate in the Bensalem store. He was wonderful in answering all our questions that night, so we decided to upgrade another line that same night. After that pleasant experience we went yo see Trevor again but at a different location (cause we only wanted to deal with him). We then upgraded two more lines on the account. If anyone is looking to shop Verizon for service I would recommend they see Trevor. He’s straight and too the point, and not someone who will give you the run around. Kudos to Trevor for making getting new phones (something that’s just as bad as buying a new car) a wonderful experience. We appreciate all his help and patience with us.”

“I have been going to this location on and off since 2024. My husband went with me in 2024 because we were taking things our son left behind. And in 2025 I have been taking things my husband left behind I have no use for. Most of the people that work there are good and they take care of you. If they are busy they ask for your patience. I will say some employees offer you more then others. But I have always been treated well.”

“We had a wonderful experience at this T-Mobile store! The entire team was very friendly, attentive, and professional, and we truly appreciated the excellent customer service. I especially want to recognize Daniel. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and showed us all the options. He even stayed after his shift to make sure we had everything taken care of. That level of dedication and customer care really stood out to us. Thank you, Daniel, and thank you to the entire team for making our experience so pleasant and stress-free. We really appreciate your time, professionalism, and kindness. Highly recommend this T-Mobile location!”

“I have been a customer of this specific cricket store for at least about a dozen years, just because of the top tier customer service that Ron provides every single time I have visited the store. If you say that you've found a better mobile sales and service representative in Lower Bucks County, then I'd have to question your sanity. ??”

Throughout the transfer process, she was kind, understanding, and incredibly informative. She stayed with us until everything was fully completed, and her dedication did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Bril, for your exceptional support. Hands down the best service I’ve experienced at a T‑Mobile store thus far.”

“Excellent service. I had visited the store and was greeted, signed in, and helped immediately. Within 5 minutes Masim had my daughters phone fixed and working again. Sparing me 600+$ on replacement. A few days later the phone wouldn’t hold a charge any longer so back we went. Fortunately, Masim was there to assist again! He talked through our options and yet again had the phone functioning properly. His service was unmatched. He went above and beyond to help us as customers! 10/10 customer service one both occasions! Guy deserves a raise or promotion! 👏”

“I have been dealing with Jade since 1993. They have not only always had the best selection, best pricing, and best customer service but most importantly they are by far the most knowledgeable distributor concerning the manufacturers they carry. Im always amazed when I place an order (Ron) will explain the return and warranty policy of each manufacturer eliminating any surprises down the road. They know each product features and specifications as well as their strengths and weaknesses. It's always a pleasure dealing with Jade Electronics”
