“I’m gonna keep it straight up. The people who work there are nice but you can tell they hate their job lol. If ur ordering from doordash, grub hub or Uber eats from this store then do yourself a favor and just drive there yourself. They get items wrong every time you order and sometimes it’s like they just throw random things in the bag and call it a day. Overall it’s a nice little store to go into if you need a quick drink or bite to eat but if ur ordering from your house than don’t expect to get your order on time or correct.”

“Last week I went into the store to upgrade a phone on our account. Trevor was our sales associate in the Bensalem store. He was wonderful in answering all our questions that night, so we decided to upgrade another line that same night. After that pleasant experience we went yo see Trevor again but at a different location (cause we only wanted to deal with him). We then upgraded two more lines on the account. If anyone is looking to shop Verizon for service I would recommend they see Trevor. He’s straight and too the point, and not someone who will give you the run around. Kudos to Trevor for making getting new phones (something that’s just as bad as buying a new car) a wonderful experience. We appreciate all his help and patience with us.”
“Last week I decided to take a drive from Long Island New York to visit Morts in Levittown and find a vintage treasure ! Well I have to say it was mesmerizing experience I picked up a 1981 Technics turntable that plays amazing and is an exotic display in my home, I also pickup up 2 Klipsch speakers that are better than expected. I am excited for my next trip and purchase the late 1970 receiver of my childhood. Big thanks to you guys”

“I have been going to this location on and off since 2024. My husband went with me in 2024 because we were taking things our son left behind. And in 2025 I have been taking things my husband left behind I have no use for. Most of the people that work there are good and they take care of you. If they are busy they ask for your patience. I will say some employees offer you more then others. But I have always been treated well.”

“Excellent service. I had visited the store and was greeted, signed in, and helped immediately. Within 5 minutes Masim had my daughters phone fixed and working again. Sparing me 600+$ on replacement. A few days later the phone wouldn’t hold a charge any longer so back we went.
Fortunately, Masim was there to assist again! He talked through our options and yet again had the phone functioning properly. His service was unmatched. He went above and beyond to help us as customers! 10/10 customer service one both occasions! Guy deserves a raise or promotion! 👏”

“I was in the willow grove store on 8 -16-26 looking for laptops with my friend. Kenzy was our sales associate and was extremely helpful and welcoming from the start. She spent the better part of an hour with us if not more. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions we had, and we had alot of questions. She took her time, was very detailed and did everything to see us happy. When it came time for payment she offered different options that we were able to take advantage of and get financing. During my visit, Jackie was helpful and direct, explaining in advance when a task would take extra time due to system logins or other processing delays. This gave me a clear idea of what to expect rather than leaving me guessing. Jackie's approach is a good example for other employees to follow.
