The lady who waited on me was making faces to the other customers as if something was wrong and didn't realize I could see her from my peripheral vision. She would straighten her face every time I looked her way to ask a question. I wasn't a difficult customer, I just had to do a few things at once. Either way, she may need another vacation or something because her behavior was very inappropriate.”

“It's a cute square building. It has rental mailbox, package services, mailing services, and “ring a bell†for service. One lone employee showed up after I rang a bell. My friend rents a mailbox there.”
“We needed passport help for our family of 7 and were feeling a bit overwhelmed. We needed to renew some and apply for others and needed them all within a month. We went to the Southampton post office mainly to ask questions and get the correct forms we needed. We were greeted by Suzy with a smile and friendly personality. We immediately felt a sense of relief. Suzy went above and beyond to ease our worries and also helped us start the process for our passports. She was very helpful in guiding us to what would work best for our family and our timeline. Suzy is an absolute asset to this team and was exactly what we needed that day. “The guy at this office may be slow and thorough but I think he is about the only one that cares about getting your packages out and mail out on time and making sure it get delivered correctly!
