“We had an amazing time. This is one of, if not the best run naked fun place we’ve visited. The locals were really friendly and inviting. The activities, and high energy vibe was amazing. I highly recommend.”
“The lodge was the perfect spot for our family reunion - spacious and accommodating, with an accessible bedroom with private bathroom on the first floor to accommodate a family member who uses a wheelchair. Quick walk down to a gorgeous lake. Peaceful and secluded.”

“Wow, so much to say but honestly not one one bad thing to share, , the property Manager Marianne and her husband are gems!!!
From before we checked in and until the moment we checked out everything was great, She was so awesome, her customer service was great and hope she sticks around, we loved our exp.
this was our second stay at Camptel and we'll be back next yr as well...
This place is exactly what we needed, a place to disconnect but reconnect, be in a quiet environment where we can enjoy nature and in our case the snow, Thank you Camptel, Marianne ( your husband as well)
Hope to be back next yr if not sooner ??”

“Incredible hotel, some of the best staff I've ever met in all of my travels, definitely book with them. The Hampton Inn next door has very rude staff and dirty hot tub. Definitely give these guys a try!”
“A Wonderful Stay!!!!Just spent a weekend away with my husband in Jim Thorpe. The hotel is located right in the heart of Jim Thorpe, walking distance from all the restaurants, cafes, and unique stores. The hotel is nestled above Molly Maguire's pub, but you wouldn't know it, as it was extremely quiet and in the hotel, you would never know there was a bar so close. Molly Maguire's is also worth checking out too. :) Just to note, after accessing the hotel, you do go up a flight of stairs. Our room at Hotel Switzerland was warm and charming; the room was amazingly lit with natural light through the tall windows. It also had an en-suite bathroom. It reminded me of a room in a Victorian bed and breakfast- a good thing! We had great nights sleep too. I really enjoy coming to Jim Thorpe and I will absolutely stay here again.
I rated the rooms 4 stars because, if you want the sleek, modern feel of a brand-new Hilton-style hotel, it isn't that, But it is cozy and has charm and character that make for a more unique and inviting stay.
I rated 5 for service as when we first checked in, we realized we had mistakenly booked a room which did not have an en-suite. The hotel were really accommodating and changed our room for us. The other room was nice too, but I did want an en-suit bathroom.
I rated 5 for location because the hotel really is right in the center of Jim Thorpe. It is at one end of the main street, and the whole street is a great stroll filled with boutiques, galleries, bars, cafes, and niche stores.”
