“I would love to give a very huge shout out to this fabulous company and their three employees who just helped me out. I literally owe them my life. Peoples gas company put a new gas meter in outside and shut off power to my stove, furnace and hot water tank. I went without heat or hot water for three days bc they red flagged everything. I am a senior citizen (67 years old) and having health problems and was freezing all this time. I was at my wits end bc I couldn't get anyone to help me. I needed a draft hood for the hot water tank and Meyers was the only one who had it. First time I was ever in their place and was treated with respect. Very friendly. They hooked me up and were definitely guardian angels along with their good friend Bill Ulderich who put on the draft hood and turned on the appliances. If u ever need anything, they are the company to go to. I will remember everything they've done for me forever... They really went above and beyond and I am very grateful. Thank u so much for ur kindness and empathy. I appreciate ur help more than u will ever know”
“I cannot rave enough about the customer service I receive at this store. Dario moves mountains to help me. He is patient kind and goes above and beyond to make sure my orders are complete. Lenny is also awesome. He makes sure that that his customers are well taken care of. No one ever feels like they're standing around waiting for him even if he's helping another customer. Rachel is also awesome. She couldn't be more helpful when I come in the store these three people are an asset to the Home Depot. I wish all Home Depot's had a Dario, Lenny and Rachel great job guys. “Couldn't find the product they had online, and also had a hard time finding an employee that would help instead of walking away. But the employee named Lisa came right up to me and asked if was finding everything okay. I explained to her that I couldn't find the product the website said they had and showed it to her. She looked it up for me and went personally to find it and bring it to me. She was amazing and I will definitely be back thanks to her kindness and over the top assistance. She was awesome.”
