“After months of frustration trying to fix issues on my AT&T account (caused by a previous rep), I finally went into the store across from Walmart—and they had everything fixed in under 10 minutes. They were kind, understanding, and truly went above and beyond after I had spent hours on the phone getting nowhere. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend this location!”

“I set up Internet and phone service and I 100000% recommend Jewels. He helped us through everything and gave us a great deal. If you're thinking about swapping phone carries, getting a phone carrier, or even Internet, or even accessories please make your way down to metro by T-Mobile and ask for JEWELS AND JEWELS ONLY!!”

“Just recently switched phone companies from metro by T-Mobile to Verizon and I'm already so much happier. Not only are the phones nicer but their customer service in store is top tier. I recommend asking for Ryan if you go to the Verizon store on scalp. He's super friendly and so helpful! 1000/10”

“Please add Apple Pay / Google Pay as an option for payment. Its going to be very convenient and more secure. Also if you forgot your credit card that option could save you, from going back home and then going back to shop.”
