“I am beyond happy and grateful with my last visit to TSC. Came home after a day of running around to find out spigot outside must've cracked when it was frozen and didn't know until it thawed out today. Had our entire yard flooded from running for 7+ hours. Drove down to the store in hopes I could get there on time, but it was already after 8 pm. I was greeted at the door by one of the regular associates, who is always a pleasure to deal with when i go, and he didn't disappoint. He spoke with the manager on shift, which was Susanne, and she was kind enough to let me get what I needed. Again, I can not express how thankful I am that they were willing to get me fixed up cause my next option was waiting till tomorrow to not have hot water which is how we heat our house too. This Tractor Supply has by far the best, most consistent positive customer service out of any other stores i shop at. Always a great experience getting greeted when you arrive and being asked if you need any help finding anything. All the associates always put the customers first, and as a small business owner myself, I know how important that is. “I’m up from Suffolk Virginia and my Hotwater Heater on my fifth wheel needed an anode, mine was bad and leaking. I ordered online and the manager called to let me know the Ace Hardware was closed but he would meet me to pick up my purchase. That is above and beyond for service. I was absolutely thrilled that he could complete my order and I could hook up my water to the camper.”
