This is a very nice locally owned business where the customer service counts. Anna was multitasking with me and other customers and even helped offer other repair shops to a customer who's phone was deemed to be beyond their repair capabilities.”
“Went and switched my service from Verizon to AT&T had the pleasure of Mary b waiting on me in the store…she was awesome answered all of our questions made the transaction go super smooth and everything switched over to our new phones without any problems!!! 10 out of 10 recommend going there and she saved me over 100.00 on my plan so yeah Verizon is horrible!!! “Heather is an excellent person to talk with about iPhones and Apple Watches. She definitely knows her stuff and is very knowledgeable about how they operate and work. She takes her time to show you how they work and operate. Lacy is a good person in the store as well and another person is very helpful too but I can’t remember her name because she tried to help me install my husband’s hunting camera on my iPhone so I could get pictures with it. Heather was busy with another customer when I came in that particular day. I’m going to have to contact the company to see what is the issue with the camera because she could get it on her phone but not on mine. I highly recommend this Victra store if you are interested in an iPhone or any phone, iPad or watch just come in and give them a chance you won’t regret it because you will save money and leave with a smile.”
