“I had reached capacity with my existing spaces and realized I needed a storage unit convenient to me, so I stopped in unannounced to find out what Extra Space Storage had available. Ted took the time to thoroughly explain available options and walk me around the property -- he was pleasant, forthright, and insanely helpful! I found the right unit for my needs and Ted helped me secure the lease on the spot. I wish every interaction in retail/ commercial was this efficient and easy.... cannot speak highly enough of my experience!”
