“It's a warehouse where stuff is kept on tables unlike the regular store. All the merchandise is discounted and I find them a great value proposition. They also offer pickup(which I did) and the staff was helpful. This is next to the IMAX”
“In store experience was good. I bought a pair of Lebrons for my girl friend for Christmas and there was only one shoe in the box when she opened it smh.
Update: The team was helpful resolving this issue, at first I was told there was nothing they could do without a paper receipt but as soon as I talked with the manager she was able to verify my purchase and took care of me.”

My son and I first went to the plymouth meeting location to grab him some football cleats since it's his first year playing! I asked the guy in the shoe section to help. Explained what we needed. He didn't seem like he wanted to help what so ever. He actually seemed pretty miserable. Also, this location did not have anything in my sons size, so he couldn't even really try anything on even if we needed to order online.
Let's move on over to the king of prussia location, AMAZING customer service in the shoe department from Shamus and Titio! Those 2 boys deserve a freaking raise! They were so kind and helpful, and being the single mom that I am, they helped and answered and suggested everything that I needed to know to be able to get my son the perfect pair of football cleats. We left this location with shoes in hand!
The only reason I didn't give 5⭐️ is because a lot of the shoes at both locations were out of stock. This also happened when we went to both locations looking for basketball shoes a few months ago. ?”
“Excellent customer service. We were looking for a hat in a specific size. Although Lids didn't have it, they suggested another store and then to bring it back for customizing. This is what we did. Lots of options to customize. Reasonably pitched. Took 5 minutes.”

“Hi so it’s not the employees job to predict the exact size of your plus size girlfriend based off of your vocal description. Then get mad at the employees when they get it wrong. They are just trying their best. Maybe you should know your own girlfriend’s size before coming in the week of Christmas to shop last minute. Hope this helps!!!! Best lululemon”

“I wish I could rate 10 stars say this store in the center one day and when I tell you they have the customer service on lock believe me employees are crazy friendly and do anything and everything in their power to help i was looking for some training clothes for hockey to wear around the rink and to workout in the employees went over and beyond to help me out also the clothes themselves are the comfiest and most predictive I have ever worn out of any brand other then maybe some exclusive hockey brands also picked up a quarter zip for work which is so comfortable my only minor gripe is It has holes in the bottom near the end of the sleeves I guess it’s some type of fashion thing wish they had some without the holes also signed up for the vip membership which is also very helpful and was to navigate don’t know if the employees were extra helpful because I said I work in the center but it’s an amazing experience also I think that they should definitely add shoes to there portfolio I would definitely buy them definitely recommend this store”

He ended up going out of his way to get me in and get me into a new driver. Super informative and fun to talk to.
