The workers here overall just act like the brand sells itself ? If you ask for help that makes them ACTUALLY WORK You get attitude . High turn over rate it may seem but just sad to see. Customer service a dying thing

unpleasant staff experience. Not engaging to customer needs at all. Staff barely want to work , just check out.. Almost made my family never want to buy another North Face product again.

Drove all the way there and dealt with weekend parking to find a sign on their door saying they have changed their hours from what’s online so employees can “reset”. 2.5 hours after that changed time and still not open. Don’t waste your time with them.
