“I visited Dick's in King of Prussia today, and I have to say, it's one of the nicest sporting goods stores around. The store is large and well-stocked, with plenty of options whether you're after workout gear, sneakers, or equipment for almost any sport. We were there to look at bikes for my son, and Carson was fantastic—so helpful and friendly, even helping us load the bike into the car. His excellent service truly made our shopping experience enjoyable. All in all, this is a wonderful place if you're looking for sports or fitness gear. It’s definitely become our new favorite spot for anything sports-related!”

Despite my poor attitude stemming from an online order, (where admittedly I was frustrated ((not at her but the issues I had with my order)), she resolved the issue with incredible resolve and patience. Her interpersonal skills with people are unmatched, and customer service beyond reasonable expectation. Absolutely amazing temperament, personality and friendly aura. “I had an Afro cardio class there that was nice! The class was held on a Saturday morning. You can take the class once you find it (near Under Armour). The instructor is nice, easy to follow, motivating and personable. You will sweat and have fun and everyone isn’t a size 2! lol Make sure to dance until 10 and then walk the Mall n visit the “high-end” stores but don’t go into with sweats… you will get the “Petty Woman” experience! 🤣😂”
