“I went to YSL purely to measure and try on a jacket I was going to buy second hand. I expected to have this request met by stuffy individuals like most high luxury retail stores. However, on this day my wife and I caught Stephen and he was an absolute delight to work with…to the point where I purchased the jacket retail. He was so chill, knowledgeable, and did not pressure me to purchase anything. He also had zero issue with me coming with the sole goal of measuring a jacket and leaving. He was very kind to my wife and made organic conversation, as did his associate. I wish all high luxury retail experiences could be this way as the stuffy attitudes I’ve typically experienced aren’t a win for anyone.”

The only suggestion is where the register is- it’s in the same corner as dressing area. Though there isn’t a lot of fluctuation of guests, I would like to not be in the way. But I do understand it adds a sense of privacy to the customer when verifying addresses and personal information. Maybe something to consider for the store.”
