“I had an incredible experience with customer service at Mavis today. We discovered a nail in our tire and noticed the low pressure light was on. Upon arriving at Mavis, we were welcomed by a cheerful young lady who informed us that the repair would take no longer than 30 minutes. Once the service was completed and we went to settle the bill, they surprisingly didn’t charge us, which is honestly quite rare and greatly appreciated. We are now back on the road, safe and sound. Thank you, Mavis!”

“I bought a new F150 in July 2019. I had an issue with one of the Ford accessories that was installed before the truck was delivered. I returned to the dealership and they took care of the issue I had. Service was great and friendly. I wish they were still a Ford Dealership. This is a great place to buy and have a vehicle serviced.”
“I have a H-D Road King Classic Touring bike and I'm very particular. Rich installed and balanced a new rear tire and installed new rear brakes. No issues at all! Fast forward to 4 weeks later and I had him install 2 sets of new front brakes. For the fronts, I supplied the OEM brakes and again, no issues at all! “The service advisor, Chris did a great job explaining to me in detail the condition of the wear items on my vehicle, including giving me a heads up on how much life I probably had left in my tires and brakes. This helps me budget for the future and plan for my vehicle maintenance. Everyone hates getting surprised with necessary brake jobs. It is very nice to have a guesstimate as to how much longer these things will last, along with an written estimate of how much it will probably cost. I also love how Chris always tells me about the big upcoming sales they are having so that I can take advantage of them in case I wanted to do some of that maintenance a few months early but save $100 or $200 when they are having a big event going on.”
