“I love Sheetz. It's convenient. I like that it's open all night as I have insomnia and I'm up and about late. I've made many 2am trips for milk, coffee, lottery... The employees I seriously think all need retrained on the lottery... They basically are clueless is something unexpected happen. Like the kiosk took my money but tickets didn't print... I was told I had to call the lottery myself to get it resolved. Yeah. No. I worked lottery myself in the past. And the customer always gets their money back and we were the ones calling to figure out how to fix the problem... Customer service has gone down the toilet in the past few years. Not cool at all. What happened to " the customer is always right?"....”

“I often buy cigars here. The first two packs of 5 loose-leaf cigars were so stale that they disintegrated. The second time I used the peices for my pipe. The THIRD time I checked them and said to the cashier "you gotta be able to better than this." He promptly looked at them, agreed and apologized and pulled the bulk container off the shelf noting the dust that had build indicating they were far from new. He went above and beyond and gave me a higher end pack of fresh Backwoods and apologized and said he'd take them down without asking for additional cash. Wonderful”
