Excellent service, (they took the time to receive and check the glass before calling us to bring the car in) thoughtful, planners, etc. And guys, you can eat off the shop floor, (you know what I mean), these guys are pros and at the top of their game. “Valley Auto Supply is awesome; I got into a DIY project on my motorhome and really needed a 3/4" female to 1" male drive adapter. I checked all over in auto parts stores in the area as well as TSC but to no avail, 1" drive stuff is not as assessable in DIY auto part store. So out of the blue I called Valley Auto Parts, and yes they had one, but were closing in 10 minutes, I said, "hold and I'll pick it up in the morning." He offered to put it outside and just to pay him in the morning. This is unheard of with any of the chain stores, but this is a family-owned, local business with serving their community. When were not on the road RV'g this will be my first goto for parts. They went above and beyond, and It's greatly appreciated. Thanks”

I bought windshield wipers and William replaced them for me on my car and he was so very helpful, and I told him that my car was getting inspected the next day and he just took a look at my tires and he showed me what the difference is and how I could tell if they were getting worn out. He was very helpful kind patient and happy.”

“I was there the other day and I asked if 2 people (pretty close to closing) could help me find out what something was that fell from my car. They had no idea. Truthfully it was hard to figure out. Needless to say, not sure if you read your reviews but I really appreciate them taking the time despite not being able to figure out what it was. I took my car to a mechanic the morning after I got home because the car wouldn’t start. I had to get a tow to the garage. It was part of the motor starter! Crazy right? It looked like a little can of something, but nope. It was part of the motor starter. It somehow detached. Truthfully my mechanic almost didn’t figure it out when i brought in the part. He said he took my car entirely apart and looked over it 2 times before he figured it out. His BOSS ended up helping him figure it out. But I’m sure it would’ve helped if your system showed pictures of your items. Hope that recommendation reaches someone. Thanks again.”
“There were about a dozen positives, and only one negative. From initial drop off, they impressed the hell out of me, by offering me a ride home. The were CONTINUAL in providing updates and time frames. Every person i dealt with, was professional, friendly and efficient. Was just so impressed that a company still did business in such a good way.
The ONLY negative (really hate to be nitpicky) was upon picking up the car, one of the things they do is detail the car (would look silly to have new hood and such, and rest of the car be filthy). Anyway, the car was was awful. Not the end of the world. But made little sense to provide such amazing service, and then be sloppy on the final touch. Still, does not impact the opinion of what was an amazing experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking for these types of repairs. They are to be commended.”
