“Been going to LVC for several years for both of my dogs. Everyone is always so kind, attentive, and personable. I rarely have to sit in the waiting area, which is really nice for my dog's comfort, especially my reactive/nervous dog. Getting an appt within a couple of days-a week is rarely an issue. Dr. Perone and Dr. Patten are both great; both provide excellent care and answer questions thoughtfully. I feel very reassured that my dogs are in good hands for any surgeries performed by Dr. Patten. All of the techs/assistants are wonderful as well!”

“What can I say? I wish we could all pass on while lying on our beds on the porch, in the full sunshine and surrounded by family, with a belly full of Reese's peanut butter cups. This was the best money ever spent. Dr. Aronson was so kind, respectful, and really listened. She let us set the pace and explained what was going to happen, both in advance and as it went on, and made sensitive suggestions throughout and giving us space as needed. After she left, she followed up with a poem based on the stories we told her about my dog, along with a nose print that she took of him. Being able to say goodbye to your dog on your own time and in a stress-free setting of your choosing is the greatest gift. I'm so grateful we had this option and I'm so glad we had Dr. Aronson there to help.”

She took time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable with my pets treatment plan- part of which includes manually expressing my rabbits bladder, she demonstrated the proper technique and then let me try to make sure I was confident before I went home. I literally came 10 minutes before close and never felt rushed or insignificant to her. She’s the best exotic vet I’ve had!”

“It took several vet offices until we found Montgomery Animal Hospital for our cat. Mary Kate who initially answered my call (she was amazing at listening to my issues) helped set an appointment for me with Dr. Tara. My cat is anxious and it’s been tough finding her proper care. FOUND IT! Dr. Tara and tech, Xylia were absolutely incredible with her (my cat). I’ve never seen her so relaxed before and allow an examination to be done. They were like cat whisperers! They both truly listened to our distress over my cats illness and behaviors and formulated a plan. Ultrasound first. Jen, the Manager was instrumental in helping me drop my cat off early for her ultrasound appointment (and it was supposed to snow and Jen kept in contact with me until the day before just in case the weather changed..who does that?! Jen..that’s who). Simply outstanding service. The ultrasound went well, and that’s when I met Ash and Tara (at the front desk). They too were extremely friendly and helpful and proficient! Afterwards, I received a call from Tina about meds and she was also fantastic and made sure I understood what to do with them. I’ve had such an incredible experience here that we have decided to take our 3 other cats here as well. I’ve never felt so heard and seen and respected by all staff members of a vets office. I know my cats are in excellent hands now. Highly highly recommend this office!!!!”

I felt very listened to, and also very informed as Dr. Burbano took the time to explain everything that was going on, as well as a range of options going forward. Also to note- the Dr actually got on the floor with my pup and did a nose to tail exam, something my former vet never did. They were very up front about pricing for everything, and were very understanding of my needs. Both receptionists, as well as the tech who took care of us (I regrettably forget her name!) were all very polite & informative. I especially remember when I had to euthanize my cat; my first fur baby (whom I had been taking to Dr. Dougherty and Gail for 13 years at that point so they knew my level of endearment for him) and they allowed my husband and I to take our time as we said goodbye to him and didn’t rush us at all. They let us leave through a back entrance so we didn’t have to deal with any customers as we left. I really appreciated the consideration I didn’t know I needed in that moment. We take our Goldendoodle there now. They are a great practice.”
