“This place has really stepped it up in recent years. The desk staff is always super nice and helpful, and they even remember my name which I always appreciate. The agents and exec staff are also very kind and helpful.It’s unfortunate that all the old reviews are stuck on here, because they have really improved in the last couple years (especially after the transition from BBT to Truist). “I’m not sure why the reviews are so poor, I read them, and I was hesitant to go here. However, I needed to go to the bank and this was the closest one, I had no issues what so ever. I tried to get a cashiers check through the drive-thru, they kindly let me know I needed to come in. Walked in and they had already started working on my request. They made the process very smooth for me, and double and triple checked the check was made out to the right person. I had a good experience!”

They had been bought out by this now large Bank that made her feel like she is just a # to them.
