“I’m not sure why the reviews are so poor, I read them, and I was hesitant to go here. However, I needed to go to the bank and this was the closest one, I had no issues what so ever. I tried to get a cashiers check through the drive-thru, they kindly let me know I needed to come in. Walked in and they had already started working on my request. They made the process very smooth for me, and double and triple checked the check was made out to the right person. I had a good experience!”
“i had the absolute BEST experience here at citadel starting with Debbie, she was so sweet to introduce me to Gabriela, Gabriela assisted me with so much patience and guided me through the application process. After approvals, the closing process was really smooth with Chanelle’s and LaTonya’s assistance. While encountering some difficulties with the dealership stating that i cannot pick up my car until 2 days later, although the car is on the parking lot. LaTonya and Chanelle helped me with communicating with the dealership and i was able to get my car same day! i highly recommend banking with citadel at granite run drive office! <3”

“Good smaller bank. I give it 4 stars because their ATM eats your cash, and since it is now managed by a 3rd party it takes weeks to get the issue fixed. I would definitely recommend if you are depositing to go into the bank or use the drive thru. Apparently in 3 months it has happened to about 6 people. Thats an average of once every 2 weeks. Not good at all. Other than that its a good bank. Staff are very friendly and helpful.”

They limit daily transfers to $2500 and monthly to $5500. Their main banking competitors allow $3500 or more daily and up to $20,000 in monthly transfers.”
