I called Hertz, and with a last minute need, Hertz helped me to get the car I needed, they came and picked me up at Enterprise, and the check in process and entire rental experience was excellent. When I returned my car I was rushed and had forgotten to fill the tank; the clerk was kind and allowed me the opportunity to remedy this at great savings for me. They even gave me a ride to the train station when I was done with my rental, saving me more $$ that I would have had to spend on Uber or Lyft. I most highly recommend this Hertz location; the staff are amazing, kind, efficient and wonderful!”
