Courtyard by Marriott Lancaster is noted for its great and nice rooms, excellent location, and a clean facility. Many guests highlight the fantastic and amazing staff, describing them as friendly, helpful, kind, and personable, which provides warm and welcoming customer service at its best. The check-in process is easy. However, some issues are reported. The hot tub was dirty and lukewarm, with staff offering no solution. The pool is small, overcrowded, and had too much chlorine, causing discomfort, with no corrective action taken. Housekeeping sometimes forgets to freshen rooms. Occasional noise from nearby rooms can be a problem. The hotel is solar powered, demonstrating environmental stewardship. Despite some maintenance and quality control shortcomings, many guests have a great experience and consider it the best hotel in Lancaster.
This was a nice quiet place to stay. The bistro in the lobby offered food options and Starbucks coffee if you did not want to leave the hotel.

Overall a good place to stay - A clean, comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and a modern bathroom. Service was great as well. However, and these are quite minor things - the shower didn’t get very hot, the blow dryer was underpowered, and the hotel's restaurant food was mediocre.

Raquel is the best. I kid you not. She literally made the entire experience five stars with one simple customer service gesture.
