“Here for a work trip- stayed in the villa in a king suite with kitchenette sitting area with fireplace and extra room with bunk beds it was clean , quiet , great parking , loved the walkways and landscaping! Nice amenities very luxurious! Resort in a great location accessible to lots of attractions and easy in and out . Restaurants on site, Super comfortable definitely recommend !”

“The hotel was very clean. The layout of the room was planned very well. The lady that checked is in was very polite and greeted us everytime we passed. The MOD was exceptional. Taking time to make us feel welcomed with warm conversation. I loved that the hot tub was open until 11. There's a sheetz really close too. Will definitely be back.”

“Awesome staff. Ms Tee is so loving and caring and she manages the breakfast. Whether kids or adults, Ms Tee knew all and took care of all. Also the staff at reception, Ms Shantel was so kind to help us as we had 2 toddlers. Thank you !”

“It seemed funny the only bad reviews on here are from people who didn't stay here, but instead wanted to get onto private property to trespass and were denied...
We stayed for 4 nights here this week. If we could have given 6 stars, we would.
The cabin was great, grounds were nice and quiet, with wildlife. Location great... in the heart of activities.
Elaine doesn't have a menu to choose from, but she has a serious gift for outstanding array of excellent food... both taste and variety.
A pleasure to stay here, and we will be back!”

I want to highlight the efforts of Ellie, she was outstanding, answered all questions on detail. Staff like her are the reason we like keep going back to this property. Keep up the awesome work Ellie!!”

“This Hotel is really cool. It's old and traditional with artwork all over on display and for sale. It would be nice if the breakfast opened before 0630. Room cleaning only consisted of replacing towels.
It was definitely worth the stay though. It's close to everything and the experience of staying in a hotel like this was cool.”

“For the price of 150–170, it’s a very nice place to stay.
First, you have AC and a nice bathroom, so that’s almost 5 stars, but I put 4 stars for the rooms because the bed sheets were a little thin and somewhat uncomfortable, but that’s an opinion.

Second, the pool was very nice and relaxing, so was the hot tub. It was the perfect temperature throughout the stay.

Third, the location was great; not crowded or loud. The trees were nice as well.

“The HGI in Lancaster was a great stay for the long weekend my partner and I had. The best review I can give is that the hotel is exactly what you pay for (in a complimentary sense). The room was clean, spacious and quiet, the staff was lovely (I didn’t have much interaction with them but they were amazing nonetheless). The location was perfect for as it was right off of the highways but not too close that it was loud. Super close to a lot of restaurants and plenty of shops if you need a quick pick up. Would happily stay here again.”

“Great location, decent breakfast selection, nice checkout time. Located minutes to tangers, three decent restaurants right next door and a coffee shop just down the side walk to the hotel. Mattresses and pillows could be a little better but over all nice place. Clean rooms good size showering good water pressure.”

“The Imperial Event Center at the Holiday Inn was the perfect way to end our wedding night. Having a ballroom available from 10:30 pm to 1:30 am gave everyone a place to keep the celebration going after the reception. Guests were still buzzing with energy, and the space allowed everyone to relax, laugh, play games, and reconnect late into the night. It also gave us the chance to spend meaningful time with guests we hadn’t been able to chat with earlier, which meant a lot to us.

The pizza and drinks were a hit, and the room was the perfect size for our group. It felt comfortable, casual, and easy, exactly what a late-night after party should feel like, especially when it’s right in the same hotel where everyone is staying.

Beyond the after party itself, we truly appreciated the entire hotel experience. From smooth check-ins to breakfast and overall accommodations, our guests felt welcome and well taken care of throughout the weekend. Having everything in one place made the weekend seamless and stress-free. We’re very grateful to the Imperial Event Center and Holiday Inn team for helping make our wedding weekend so special.”

“Enjoyed my visit here. My organization had a conference here. Stayed 2 nights. Conference rooms were fine, comfortable. Food served was good and staff was friendly and helpful.

I made good use of the gym one morning. Well stocked everything worked although I recommend instructions for using the Mirror.

Beds were comfortable, several of our group agreed on this. It takes awhile for the shower to heat up but it gets there. My room had a fridge and coffee and tea service.

Staff was very helpful in helping me and my roommate split the bill. Not always easy

The hotel is right in downtown. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.”

“It's the Holiday Inn upgraded to a Suit. Very friendly and affordable for long stays. Staff is extremely friendly and reliable. Highly recommend this establishment.”

“This location is our go to when we stay in the Lancaster area . Breakfast is always amazing with lots of variety. This time the kids really enjoyed the chocolate milk addition. We really enjoyed the goodie gift bags upon checking in. We just wish that every member in our party would have gotten a goodie bag. Upon checking into our room, we noticed that our AC unit was very noisy. When we asked the front desk to change our room, they told us that upon request per Managment , that the maintenance staff had to go in check it out. It turned out that we needed another room in the end anyways, because it could not be fixed. We wish that instead of having to take our baby and toddler up and down from the room ,to the front desk multiple times, that it could have just been changed upon request ,so that was a slight inconvenience.
In addition, the front desk staff Joelle and Madison were so helpful during our stay.
They were professional, attentive ,and were very kind. When we requested for toiletries and other amenities, via the app we waited nearly 45 minutes and nobody got in contact with us .
I ended up calling the front desk and within 15 minutes , they were provided to us.
During my day, I actually became hypoglycemic, and when I informed the staff at the front desk, they actually provided me with a bag full of sweets. I found that to be very generous , thoughtful, and very helpful.
They made our stay with our baby and toddler bearable, and I am so appreciative for all of their assistance.
We will be back at this location again ,the next time we will be in town.”

“Me and my family recently stayed here for a week. It was a very good experience from the moment we walked in. Jay was at the front desk to check us in and was incredibly kind and helpful he helped us bring our luggage to our room. He was always available for whatever our needs were. He even knew our names after the very first day. The kids loved the indoor heated pool and the game room. We stayed in one of the bigger rooms which had plenty of space comfortable beds very comfortable place with a nice balcony. All in all a great day and a great hotel. One small complaint is the breakfast buffet that we paid for is pretty much the same one we get for free or just included with the room rate at other hotels. It was fine but nothing special. Everyone from the front desk to the Starbucks counter to the people that clean the rooms all very kind I would definitely stay here again.”

“When I book this online I was thinking low class but I was extremely surprised, very nice rooms, the room was clean no holes anywhere ,carpet was clean, room had no musty smell, air conditioner and heat works great. The only fall back I found was the rail in the bathroom came loose. the sink is lower than a normal sink would be but it was very nice. The nighttime guy is extremely nice, he made us feel so welcome. Breakfast is coffee or apple juice orange juice grape juice, bagels with either butter or cream cheese, they also had a variety of muffins and danishes and stuff like that. But it was definitely worth the price that we paid which was not expensive at all. The daytime guy is really nice also. This will now be the hotel we stay in when we go back to Lancaster”
