Excelsior is a private event venue in Lancaster City, housed in a beautifully restored national historic brick building. It offers a completely unique and one-of-a-kind experience across six inter-connecting indoor and outdoor spaces, which guests get to enjoy exclusively with its one-event-per-day standard. The venue combines classical architecture with modern and shabby-chic design, featuring a gorgeous outside area with English Ivy and lighting, a fabulous curved open staircase, and an 18th-century brewer's catacomb. The staff is great, welcoming, attentive to every detail, and aims to please, making events feel seamless. Excelsior owns its own exclusive in-house catering company, which earns high ratings for outstanding culinary service. The food is delicious, excellent, amazing, and prepared with chef inspirations, with specific dishes noted as superb. The spacious outdoor green areas create tranquil serenity, while the entire multi-faceted facility provides a hip romantic vibe, described as the absolutely perfect place for a wedding. Parking is available across the street. The venue accommodates a required minimum of 130 guests, with a maximum of 275 seated or 500+ mingling.
