Don't bother calling if you have questions or want to make an appointment, no one ever answers the phone.

Slow, unfriendly. It's rare that I actually set foot in a physical bank, but I had to deposit a large check and wanted to be sure it wasn't in properly. I'll be sure to use the app whenever I can, which I suppose is their goal.

This bank is more concerned about selling you a credit card then they actually are helping you with any issues or concerns if I could give them negative stars I would
