“Not sure if I have the right location for Erie in my area :) but it’s super nice having insurance that has a local office. When you call you get a live person the office not a call center. They are informative and friendly. Unlike call centers who are not always qualified to explain insurance or always have answers when you call. It’s more money but I appreciate the personableness. The peace of mind of not being on hold for mins or hours. Highly recommend local vs huge insurance companies who your just a number too”
“Yesterday I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jeimy Santiago, and she was nothing short of pure excellence. Not only was she able to help me get set up with a new insurance plan, she also educated me on what exactly my policy detailed which the previous agent did not, saving me nearly $300! She was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable in addition to being personable.
