Nice hotel in a good location with private parking and excellent restaurant. Rooms are overdue for an update though.

On a whim, we decided to visit Lititz and Lancaster and stayed one night at the Arts Hotel. Our roomon the fifth floor was quiet, comfortable, and centrally located to the places we wanted to visit (Central Market, Josephine). The room was well appointed while the front desk clerk was quite hospitable and helpful.

Nice enough, clean hotel very convenient to F&M, with free parking (most of it covered) and a simple free breakfast. Good housekeeping, too. Room was a bit dated (bathroom was modern and good). Shades don't fully darken the room, but do a pretty good job. Would definitely stay here again.
