“Never had a problem there but they have cut their hours back and the older lady ("Jennifer?") that used to work there is apparently no longer there, mainly staffed with younger employees who sometimes don't know how to do things...also has a sign saying they don't accept more than five packages at a time.”

“Went in 2 Saturdays before Christmas trying to ship 3 packages internationally (which I had never done before). Lori was knowledgeable, super helpful and very pleasant! She answered all my questions with patience and kindness, and gave me guidelines on how to package everything and attach customs forms. This while juggling another ~20 customers that were in and out during my time there, during the worst part of the year for postal workers. Thank you so much Lori!”
