Odette was very helpful in showing me a variety of shoes that fit well and provided the arch support that I needed. “I went to the New Balance Warehouse on Wednesday in the early afternoon on October 30, 2024. I was looking for a good pair of sneakers for work mainly because I have Planters Phinitis and I need a real good shoe. I usually go to this store for sneakers. I young man named Riley helped me. I have to say he was excellent. He explained things about a few different sneakers for my feet problem. He brought me a few different sneakers to try on. He went all the way out above and beyond most store workers.
He gave excellent customer serviceAbove and beyond ! He really likes his job. Riley is personable and very helpful. I think he is absolutely great at his job! When I need another pair of sneakers I will go to the same New Balance store and look for Riley. Hands up you got the right one! ?????”
“Like a lot of the shops we visited, great selection but no bargains. I was happy to see licensed product from the Phillies, Eagles and Penn State, and I know you pay a premium for these items however even with the discount they were significantly higher then online.”

“Upon walking into the store, sales associate named Danielle asked of I needed help and told her I was looking for Jungle Moc shoes she walked me over them and helped me with sizes and widths and I was having problems with trying to find the right feel. “Great place to shop. Has most of all the brand names you would usually find at these Outlet centers. My favorites were Pottery Barn outlet, West Elm, Eddie Bauer, North Face, Underground Armour, Old Navy, and Nike. Best of all no tax on anything considered "essential".”

“Have good shoes in there, but only 1 employee not much room for multiple customers. With two it's easy, but if more than two go well. The staff was great, but you need to update your equipment not completely comfortable giving my CVV code on my card when I am purchasing item's. Not out loud.”
“I visited this store in July 2023 and bought a few things (2 Big Idea Designs pens and a Welsh Mtn Co. Leather pipe/pen role). I was very impressed with their inventory and personable staff (he may have been the owner or at least manager). Skipping ahead to June 2024, I placed an online order for 2 Walsh Mtn. Co leather journal covers. Again, I was very impressed with the ordering process and how quickly I received my shipment. I'm not sure when (or if) I'll return to Lancaster, but I will continue to be an online customer. Ellicott & Co carries a thoughtfully curated array of products that are often unique and always high quality.”
“I came here looking for some active wear and after seeing the prices online I was very pleasantly surprised. They had amazing sales, some items as much as 50% off. I don't know if they run sales this good year round, but considering that they're a factory store I have to assume they have some form of discount off the full priced items you'd find online. This is definitely one of those times I'd recommend skipping online shopping and going in person.”

“This North face outlet is located inside the Tanger outlet center, located convinently to park the vehicle and next to the Under armor. The shop is huge and good to shop for the entire family, especially for the weather clothing at a reasonable price with using the coupons. The staff is friendly and willing to assist customers.
The store is stocked well but tough to find items and navigate . But I like the store and will definitely visit again. Quality of the outer wear is good.”

Yes, the store can be a bit pricey (don't miss their clearance section though!), but it was worth every minute and penny I spent there.”

“They usually have good deals on shoes that you least expect. Crocs are over priced but we have been programmed to pay more for name brands. The staff is usually friendly to point you in the right direction just wish they would be more hands on with getting you the right shoe and the proper fit. It is a plus they add the coupons on without having to ask.”
