I took a ride on the telephone merry go round and then gave up. There are no humans on the telephone number. It’s a robot chat assistant who keeps asking the same questions. So I drove over to the store on Fruitville Pike in Lancaster Pa. There they are! Humans! I needed a new cable box and I was in and out in 5 minutes...

Switched from Consumer Cellular to Xfinity Mobile. Antonio was very helpful with everything. Called me back a few days later to help me switch my phones. He was very patient with this computer, wi-fi and mobile phone illiterate senior!!!!

Xfinity is a absolute joke. The service is overcharged trash.
