“The only time I ever get help with an issue is if I visit this store. Last year Nate was able to resolve my problem in a few minutes. Just this week Love also got things done for me a a few minutes. I have learned that calling customer service is a complete waste of time. The operators simply lie to get rid of me. I also didn’t appreciate that $3 had been deducted from my gift card. In fact, I’ve never heard of one satisfied outcome when calling in.
I hope Nate and Love get recognition foe their superior work ethic.”
