They responded to my call immediately and we were able to set up delivery of the container on the exact date we needed and to set up the exact date for pick up and moving to our new home. “My daughter attends Univ Delaware and we chose this facility for it's location, ease of access and of course cost as the locker was only going to be used over the summer. The team welcomed us like we were old friends, they took care of our move in and gave us no problems or extra charges when we moved out. Highly recommend this facility. The staff truly was a cut above anywhere else we considered. They answered every question, email response was super quick and friendly folks that seemed to actually enjoy working there.”

“Good storage facility lots of cameras. The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is I'd like 24 hr access to my unit and also bathroom access at all times. They have a bathroom but sometimes it isn't open. Price is reasonable.”

They carefully packed things, were very professional and neat. They then stored our things for 2 years and it was all kept in perfect condition. Redelivery was easy to schedule and flexible. “My father got a storage unit with them about 8 years ago. He never had any issues while he had the unit there but after such a long time span his Parkinson's got pretty bad and my dad couldn't even remember what was being stored. As I am helping my parents with their finances we decided we couldn't afford to keep the unit anymore.
I have never had the pleasure of dealing with a business that cares so much for their customers, even a customer who was on their way out as I did with this storage company. They really worked with me getting everything sorted out and taken care of so it was no longer an expense we couldn't afford. After being treated so well, I really hated that I wasn't going to be doing business with them anymore. There are probably a lot of options for places to keep your stuff. But these are people who really go the extra mile for their customers. I was treated like a friend and the owners are extremely kind, pleasant and make you feel like you matter. I felt like I'd known the owner for years. We bonded over our love of dogs & the great lengths one will go to to keep your pet healthy & happy. These are good people.
They're office area is very nice, comfortable and inviting. If their dog is on site I definitely recommend giving him some attention. He's an absolutely wonderful, friendly dog, but don't worry if you're somehow not a dog person, you don't have to interact with him if you don't want to.
They really helped us and we were closing our unit out. Imagine how well they must treat new & existing customers. The price of the unit is completely reasonable, we just have to be careful with our finances right now. If we ever have the need & money to get another storage unit, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. wish I'd had the pleasure of dealing with them sooner. Thank you Route 72 storage!”
“Would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that the gate shuts down at 9:45p and you have to retype in your code at exit (instead of automatically opening with a pressure plate/sensor, like many other storage facilities have)”
