“I had a fabulous experience with Xfinity recently when a friend gave me his much larger and much newer TV. The guys at the Xfinity store, Angel and Nathan who took my order and gave me a missing black box, were the ulltimate of courtesty and friendliness. I tried to hook up the service myself, but being 87 years old, you might say I am technically challenged. I arranged for a tech to come to the house and finish the job I tried to do but couldn't. Michael arrived on time, with texts announcing he would be there shortly. He was friendly and competent, as well as patient, and showed me how to operate my new service and remote. I couldn't be any more satisfied. Thank you.”

“It was a very long experience there's only one person there he does everything and it's hard to get it taking care of when you are only one person but he managed and did great . I came in after being with T-Mobile for 13 years, and honestly the main reason I made the switch was because of Brianni. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She handled three activations, upgraded my phones, set up my home WiFi, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
She even helped me recover forgotten passwords and locked-out iCloud accounts, and stayed patient through every step. She walked me through every detail and made sure everything was set up correctly — down to making sure all my apps were downloaded and working perfectly.
