“Dennis, Nathan, and DJ were all extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful during my visit to the Xfinity store today. I had been getting nowhere with Xfinity’s phone and AI support, but these guys actually took the time to listen and help me out. If you’re having issues getting anything resolved through Xfinity’s phone support, I highly recommend coming into this store and dealing with these guys in person. Excellent customer service! 👏”

“If I could give 10 stars I would. I upgraded from an iPhone 8 to an iPhone 16. The staff is absolutely awesome. They took their time helping me, showing me, and explaining everything to me. The whole staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, etc… I can go on and on about how great they are. I would and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. I will refer anyone who needs to upgrade their phone or have any advice, issues, problems or questions to the amazing team at Verizon. Trust me and believe me when I say that you will not be disappointed. They helped me out tremendously and I won’t go anywhere else but here. “I visited this location a couple times this week. Both times I was met with the friendliest employees, Lamont and Yandel. I was there for their internet over the weekend. And today came in to transfer three phone lines to new phones. Even though it was an hour before closing, both gentlemen were so polite and attentive. “I highly recommend this place; I've been a customer of this store for many years. I want to say a big thank you. The level of service is very high. The staff is very qualified. The only thing is that sometimes you have to wait in line, because even three consultants can't keep up with the number of customers. But this only speaks to the increased popularity of this place.”
