I've been living in Blue Bell now for 11 months, and this establishment is one of the many reasons why I love living here. They have repaired my cars and my car is not easy. I have it 2010 Mercedes GL450 and they have it running like a top. Jim and his team go out of their way to help everybody. Love this establishment. You should come in and try their famous popcorn. “These guys will work their best to put you in a car of your choice despite any potential lost they may face. They are definitely family and people oriented. I was in a loaner from them while they worked on my car (drove 2 hrs for my dream car Subaru Legacy). Got rear ended with the Lexus and became a loss unfortunately but they didn’t ask me about the car when I told them they asked about ME. You don’t get hospitality like that from any dealership you may go to. Few weeks later I got another car but do plan on doing business with them again. These are one of the best guys here and don’t want ANYONE leaving unsatisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“Great service and reasonable price! I got flat tire on Saturday evening , while most of auto services are closed during late Saturday, luckily I found North Penn Auto Service was still open ! I dropped off my car over night , they fixed and called me to pick up on Monday morning . I am very happy with the service , will highly recommend to my family and friends!”
“They're busy and you should call ahead to schedule appointments. I've been using their service for over three years and I've had issues where I drop off the car the night before, but they forgot about it, and serviced it late the following day. I've experienced the typical upselling techniques of pushing products when unnecessary so make sure you know what you're going in to; however, I continue to return and do business with them because of proximity convenience and are consistent with pricing. I give them four stars because they're seriously lacking in the customer service department. They could use some "soft" skills such as simply saying "good-bye" or "thanks" at the end of transactions. I feel like I'm being rushed on the phone or in the store, similar to ordering takeout at a local restaurant.”

“I recently had an issue with my vehicle. I took it to Scott at SK to see what it needed. He quickly diagnosed the issue, provided a time line in which he could get the work done and quoted a competitive price
Scott replaced the water pump and all it needed to complete the job. While test driving my vehicle, which has 289,00 miles on , he picked up on an issue with my transmission.
Again he contacted me told me what he suspected and more than likely extended my transmission life for quite a while .
Scott himself is professional, personable and a genuine good guy! No BS or over selling on your vehicle needs!

“Have been going here for years, and I’m so very happy with the service. Despite moving, I still drive 30- 40 minutes to JN because I am impressed by their work, what they diagnose is real, and I know they are genuine in their pricing. It’s a real ‘shop’ - so don’t expect fancy remodeled waiting rooms and marble floors like at the dealer, BUT do expect people that care, much more affordable pricing, and dependable service without ‘surprise add-o a’. So happy places like this still exist in today’s world - a real Honest shop with honest pricing and work. :)”
