“Nick from Horsham was nothing short of amazing. He was quick minded and immediately went into troubleshoot mode to fix the problem. He is extremely knowledgeable and offered various options I could explore. He took the time to listen and resolve the issue all while managing several customers at a time. He should get a raise for dealing with so many high need customers all at the same time. Thanks so much Nick for everything!

“I visited AT&T several times and did not have the best service due to an issue with a misspelling of my name on our account, however on this occasion Juliana wiped away the memory of all of those experiences. I was told by all the other representatives to figure it out in the app or call customer service but Juliana took the time to help us sort out the issue in the app and get a new phone within minutes. She made helpful suggestions and perfectly applied my screen protector and case saving me from pulling out my hair attempting to do it myself. I couldn't be happier with her smiling service, and will definitely make sure she's working next time I need AT&T.”
“Probably the best retail customer service I ever had. I went there to switch carriers and Alyssa who I believe is the store manager was friggin awesome. She was so friendly and patient and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me out and I was extremely impressed with her. She needs a raise her own store or something. It’s rare to find these days so I hope att&t realizes what they have with her and I will always go to her store as long as she’s there. I also left with a great plan and new devices with better service than I had with my previous carrier so it’s a win all around”

“Justin Kalb was the representative who served me at the Lansdale store on Allentown Road and he was excellent. He identified an issue with my account that I did not know was present and spent at least an hour (probably more) on the phone on my behalf in trying to resolve it. I highly recommend him and thank him for all his help in working to resolve an issue with my account that I was not aware existed.”
