“Hands down the only place I'd take a problem vehicle in Philadelphia. Anyone can do planned maintenance or simple services. Very few can diagnose, connect, and execute while preventing unwanted or unseen expense. If you've ever had a bad experience with a mechanic/shop, a place like this will mean a lot to you.

“My brother was a mechanic, and when he passed away I was pretty clueless where to go.. as easy as it would've been for them to take advantage of my cluelessness about rates for repairs, Best Auto has ALWAYS been not only completely transparent and honest, they've given me better pricing than anywhere I've ever been quoted, worked with me by letting me know what repairs were necessary to be done ASAP for safety & longevity, and what could wait a while because I needed a lot done, and above all else, they're genuinely good people, friendly dudes that deserve all the business they can get. It's rare to find that nowadays, even more rare to find basically anything affordable too..Come here for your repairs (AND BODY WORK!), and send everyone here as well. Pete was able to get my car all fixed up after I had hydroplaned into another vehicle, and needed both new mechanical components AND body components to get my car back... For under $1,000. New radiator, hoses, headlight housing, bumper, mega hood repairs, etc etc. Trust me, they can work with you here to get your vehicle safe and reliable even if you think "I can't afford a mechanic!" like I did. That may be right in most every other shop, but not here!”

“Me and my daughter Sophia don’t know Min. I am at Chicago and my daughter’s car in Philly which had some car problem. I never meet Min, we communicate by phone. My daughter took her car to Min’s shop to fix her car. We found Min is very kind and responsible. He helps my daughter (a poor medical college student) fix some of problem in her car for free. Even though he didn't fix all her car problems because he is very busy. He helps us contact another mechanic to finish the job. It is a simple act of kindness! Thank you, Min, very much!
