We traveled over an hour to test drive a certified Kia Sorento that we saw on online. They were so kind to hold it for us because we had other instances in other dealerships where a vehicle was sold before we arrived. Anyways, they held the vehicle specifically for us and treated us like family. Our auto salesman Mike, was so accommodating taking extra steps to be sure we were comfortable and had all the information to any questions that my fiancé asked (which was many). We did have to travel back the next day to pick up our vehicle but again, we were met with so much kindness that we may travel back for our services for our new Kia! Thanks again!

Had the best experience trading in my car. This was my second time purchasing from them. Gary was an amazing salesman, Dave did amazing with the financial side and explained everything! The manager was also amazing (I don’t remember his name) but he made sure we were taken care of and got anything we needed in the mean time! Super appreciated!

Absolutely perfect car buying experience. Debby made the process honest and stress free. Not only did she get me into the perfect car, she got me a deal of a lifetime. If you need a great car at a great deal from a fantastic lady, make sure to ask for Debby.
Along with that the finance manager was very upfront and honest with the entire process. Never once did I feel pressured into buying any sort of dealer add on.

Had a great experience buying my new 2025 Kia Sportage Hybrid. Mia was wonderful to deal with and she spent a great deal of time explaining the process and the vehicle accessories. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. This is my first Kia and I’m glad I did my online research and chose my new car. My son and I love driving it and all the safety features are fantastic. A very solid and well made vehicle. Bergey Kia is the best place I could have found!
