The CVS pharmacy chain provides superior customer service to competitors. In different locations, people are helpful, knowledgeable and efficient and offer more products at lower prices. Pharmacists and caring associates go out of their way to help with scripts, coupons, printing pictures and fixing rewards information. Customers enjoy useful discounts and rewards, self checkout help and faster service using the CVS app or inside the store. The drive thru can handle issues, but discussing issues inside often helps. People are great and many say they will definitely return after a quick stop or stay longer.
