“My name is Junior. And I want to say that the wildcat store is ran by Michelle and Bill that are real people that are struggling. Because they are a little store in a little town that is in competition against big franchises like Sheetz. But Michelle and Bill are very beautiful people who are for the communities best interest.and putting a store in a below poverty level area . Well odds are against them. But if you only knew what they do for the people who are struggling in the community. Meanwhile they don't even have money for there own car repairs . It's not about the dollar they are putting in there pockets. Because they are not doing that it's about the way they are . They are a gift to the community and a gift that this community needs to appreciate and be thankful for. Because they go without. To make sure that the customers of the wildcat convirnce store don't. Thank you Michelle and Bill.”

“I came here because these allergies were kicking my butt. So much so that I started to feel the sinus problems coming on. Knowing what I needed I headed towards the pharmacy. But prior to that I had to grab the card for the medication I needed off the shelf and then go to the pharmacy counter, an unneeded step in the process if you ask me. For this visit, it was definitely a very unneeded step for me. The card I took with me, they just happened to be out of, however they did have the off brand, which I was fine with. I do have to say that the guy working the pharmacy counter did at least attempt to make it right. Most people would have been over it and just told me they did not have it. He did look over everything they had back there that was similar and let me know what was the case. Saving me from having to back to the aisle and look over the cards for all the other medications. I did not go through the rest of the store, but I could tell that this was set up just like all the other ones out there. The access to the lot is a bit wonky so do be careful when entering/exiting the lot.”

“In all honesty, I do use Rite Aid for prescriptions. I've been with them for a long time, otherwise I would have them filled at CVS. But my mother gets her prescriptions here and sometimes I pick them up. Sometimes I have to talk to the pharmacists. I've never had a problem here... everybody's helpful, friendly and patience. As far as the ladies in the front of the store? I see them all the time. In fact, they've taken my business from everybody else. This is an excellent store. I actually feel fairly comfortable going here. And trust me... I do not like going to the store. The lighting is horrible though. That's true. It's only place that's worse than Wallgreens. I'm in and out pretty quickly. But then again, the whole world has gone flickering fluorescent or LED.”

“As I entered the CVS in Greensburg, PA seeking Covid-19 testing kits for my Lady, a wonderfully helpful employee named Colene did not simply direct me towards the aisle where the kits were located but rather she temporarily dismissed her current task and had me follow her to the shelf. Her assistance did not stop there. Whilst discussing the best options, she mentioned that my health insurance might very well permit me a set amount of tests free of charge. Well of course my ears perked and enthusiasm grew. She then walked me to the pharmacy counter where I met the second most helpful employee, Arianne. Indeed Ms. Colene was correct and within ten minutes, I was able to get eight in-home Covid-19 tests through my insurance free of charge. The level of above-and-beyond assistance throughout my CVS experience is noteworthy. All too often, consumers unfortunately must suffer ignorant, impatient, unhelpful customer service agents from all stripes, types, backgrounds, and establishments. This was NOT one of those moments. I applaud Colene for what she did and hope she will receive proper commendations from her management team. As for Ms. Arianne, she made the experience swift, stress free, and behaved kindly. A simple interaction such as these provide hope for the American patron and I hope HR onboards more individuals like Colene and Arianne. Kudos. Top Notch.”
