“I feel so bad writing this so late. Visited right on the crisp of Christmas and got exactly what I was looking for! But that's not what the 5 stars is for. That's for the extremely professional and patient manner the staff had with me even at their busiest time of year! I feel so terrible I can't remember the name of this wonderful rep but she's so sweet and genuine I doubt she has any issues identifying herself!”

“My husband took me to upgrade my rings for our 5 years and we picked out the most beautiful ring together. After only having her ring for 3 weeks 2 diamonds had fallen out. Heartbroken and very upset with the quality of the band and having these issues was be eh upsetting since I had traded in my original wedding rings and that was hard! Mickey they store manager has been wonderful through the entire thing and had my ring rushed to be fixed 2 days later another diamond fell out. I called her and said I can’t keep this ring and have this happening anymore she was so kind and had me come in and helped me for 2 hours find a new ring! The service I received was top notch from the start it is not the staffs fault that the ring was not good quality. Thank you Mickey and the entire staff for making my situation a priority and helping me find another gorgeous ring ❤”
“A charming little bookstore. Set in a very charming little town. Very walkable area. The bookstore itself had a lot of different little trinkets and gifts to choose from. There were also plenty of books. The owner was super friendly. I really enjoyed my stop in this store and will likely go back. I'm already reading one of the books I bought there and I am loving it. Definitely recommend the book too.”

She was very helpful and didn’t try to upsell me when I had a specific budget in mind. She didn’t even think about it. “My daughter wanted to get her ears pierced so we decided to head to Claire's. The piercing process went smoothly. The associate wore gloves and sanitized everything beforehand. She was knowledgeable about after care and helped us pick out the perfect pair of starter earrings. When you get a piercing you get a 20% discount on things all throughout the store, so of course we had to take advantage of that and pick up some more earrings and some other fun things! The only downfalls we're that the store tends to be over priced..like very overpriced. And I could see that they could use another associate working at busy times. The associate was working all by herself and it was a Saturday afternoon, the store was very busy.”

I was so thankful for her knowledge base not only to help me find two beautiful rings, but to also help me know more about what I should look for when I shopping for jewelry. She was friendly and sincere, which I also appreciated because I didn't feel forced to make any decisions on the spot as I looked through her inventory. I absolutely plan to make to make more purchases in the future and was incredibly pleased with my experience! Definitely worth the field trip for sure! :)”
